Hot-dip galvanized steel grating is a metal grid plate made by arranging load-bearing flat steel and cross bars at fixed intervals in longitudinal and transverse directions, forming via high-pressure resistance welding, and then applying hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion treatment. It combines the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, anti-slip performance, ventilation and drainage, making it a universal load-bearing and cover component in industrial, municipal and construction fields.

With integral hot-dip galvanizing, the zinc coating is thick and strongly adhesive, providing rust prevention, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. It can be used for a long time even in harsh environments such as outdoors, humid and chemical conditions, with no need for painting maintenance.
