1. Plain Weave (Screen Printing & Filtration)
Plain weave is a weaving method in which each warp wire passes alternately over and under each weft wire. The warp and weft wires are of the same diameter, intersecting at a 90° angle. Plain weave features square and uniform openings.
2. Twill Weave (Filtration)
A weaving method in which each warp wire passes alternately over and under two weft wires, and each weft wire passes alternately over and under two warp wires.
3. Dutch Weave (Filtration)
The warp and weft wires have different diameters and mesh counts. It is characterized by coarse warp & fine weft, sparse warp & dense weft.
Warp wires run lengthwise, while weft wires run widthwise.
Dutch weave is further divided into plain Dutch weave and twill Dutch weave.
